Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Domestic shipping times are generally 11-14 business days, depending on location and method selected at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method chosen, package weight, and destination. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to the buyer when items are delivered to the carrier.

2. Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item under the following conditions:
a. The request for return or exchange must be made within 30 calendar days from the date you received the item.
b. The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
c. Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.) is required. -
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support at info@kbklyn.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, item defective, etc.).

Items should be shipped back via a traceable method of the customer’s choosing. KBKLYN is not responsible for items lost in transit back to the return address.

4. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs (original outbound) are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.

6. Exchanges

If you want a different size, color, or variant of the product, you may exchange, subject to stock availability.

Exchanges follow the same process as returns: contact Customer Support, ship back the original item, once we receive it we’ll send out the replacement.

7. Exceptions & Damages
​

Products damaged in transit or mis-shipped must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos/documentation. We will cover replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are non-returnable, unless defective.
